Estate Agent Sales Administrator

About the role

The Sales Administrator supports the property sales team by ensuring each transaction moves smoothly from offer to completion. Based in our Gravesend office, you will work Monday‑Friday and play a key part in maintaining compliance, organisation and high‑quality client service.

Key responsibilities

• Stay up‑to‑date with legislation (health & safety, GDPR, AML) and ensure office compliance.
• Use Reapit to log call dates, reminders, file notes and correspondence, and track sales milestones.
• Manage daily emails, voicemails and task sheets, prioritising work under pressure.
• Answer calls promptly, present a professional appearance and provide friendly client service.
• Check branch windows, webpages, social media and property listings for spelling, grammar and photo quality.
• Accurately forecast completions, meet branch targets and address challenging files.
• Progress sales from offer to completion, handling forms, drafts, searches, mortgage offers and negotiations.
• Contribute to KPIs through solicitor/survey referrals and Google Reviews.

Required profile

• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
• Ability to work independently while supporting team objectives.
