Estate Agent Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Estate Agent Sales Manager to lead residential property sales and listings in Brighton. You will build and manage a sales pipeline, drive valuations, and secure successful transactions while representing our specialist recruitment partner.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and nurture a pipeline of residential property sales opportunities.
• Conduct property valuations and prepare listings for sale.
• Negotiate deals and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide expert advice throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction flow.
• Work Monday‑Friday (9:00‑17:30) and alternate Saturdays (9:00‑17:00) as required.

Required profile

• Proven track record in estate agency sales, valuation and listing of residential properties.
• Previous experience in senior roles such as Senior Negotiator, Senior Valuer, Assistant Manager, Sales Manager or Valuations Manager.
• In‑depth knowledge of the residential estate agency market.
• Ability to work independently and as a champion of property sales.

Required skills

What we offer

• Basic salary £25,000 plus £2,500 car allowance or company car.
• On‑target earnings of £50,000‑£55,000.
• Six‑month salary guarantee while building your pipeline.
• 33 days annual leave, increasing with service.
