Estate Agent Sales Manager / Lister

About the role

The Estate Agent Sales Manager / Lister will lead property sales activities for our client in Welling, driving valuations, listings and successful transactions. You will work closely with the branch team to build a robust pipeline and deliver excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process, from property valuation to final sale.
• Provide expert advice to customers and showcase properties to achieve optimal prices.
• Collaborate with colleagues to match properties with suitable buyers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with solicitors, lenders and other industry professionals.
• Identify new leads, generate business and support the Branch Manager in motivating the team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential estate agency sales.
• Strong relationship‑building ability with a track record of converting valuations into sales.
• Self‑motivated, driven and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Natural leadership qualities and a passion for helping colleagues succeed.
• Positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Required skills

What we offer

• Basic salary £25,000 plus car allowance or company car.
• On‑target earnings of £40,000‑£45,000+ with uncapped commission.
