About the role
Join Connells Group’s Manners & Harrison team in Billingham as an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator. You will work within a leading property services business, delivering exceptional customer service while driving property sales.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and book property valuations.
- Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers.
- Negotiate offers and agree on sales terms.
- Progress sales through exchange and completion.
- Schedule appointments to maximise branch activity.
Required profile
- Previous sales experience, preferably in a target‑driven environment.
- Strong customer‑care focus and resilience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence with access to a personal vehicle.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and basic IT tools.
