Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator – Bristol

About the role
Connells Group is looking for a motivated Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join the Chappell & Matthews residential sales team in Bristol. You will deliver exceptional customer service while driving property sales and contributing to the growth of the branch.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and book property valuations.
- Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers.
- Negotiate offers and agree on sales terms.
- Progress sales through to exchange and completion.
- Maximise appointment scheduling for the branch.
Required profile
- Ideally have previous sales experience.
- Ability to generate new business in a target‑driven environment.
- Strong customer care and service orientation.
- Resilient, organised, numerate and detail‑oriented.
- Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office.
