Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator – Cambridge

About the role

Connells Group is looking for a motivated Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join the Abbotts residential sales team in Cambridge. You will work in a dynamic, high‑performance environment, delivering exceptional customer service while driving property sales and building your career across a range of specialist services.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and book property valuations.
• Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers.
• Negotiate offers and agree on sales terms.
• Progress sales through exchange and completion.
• Identify and schedule appointment opportunities for the branch.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience is desirable.
• Ability to generate new business in a target‑driven environment.
• Strong customer‑care focus with resilience and organisation.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general IT literacy.
