Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator – Glasgow

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join our residential sales team in Glasgow. You will work within the Connells Group network, delivering high-quality service to buyers and sellers while developing your career in property sales.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and book property valuations.
• Conduct property viewings for prospective buyers.
• Negotiate offers and agree on sales terms.
• Progress sales through exchange and completion.
• Schedule appointments to maximise branch activity.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience, preferably in a target-driven environment.
• Strong customer-care focus and resilience.
• Organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
