About the role

Join a market‑leading independent estate agency as a Sales Negotiator and help drive the business’s growth in South East England. You will be the primary point of contact for buyers and sellers, guiding them through the property transaction process and delivering a high‑standard customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Interview and qualify prospective buyers, identifying their needs and matching them with suitable properties.
• Arrange viewings, negotiate offers, and ensure clients’ interests remain the top priority.
• Coordinate each transaction from initial contact to completion, maintaining rigorous standards of service.
• Collaborate with colleagues and the Branch Manager to meet agreed sales targets.
• Adhere to company procedures, relevant legislation, and internal service standards.
• Represent the agency professionally to the public and internal teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential estate agency sales with a strong track record of closing deals.
• Excellent business acumen, charisma, and the ability to dominate a local market.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with industry regulations, systems, and best practices.
