Estate Agent – Sales Negotiator

About the role

Connells Group is looking for a motivated Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join the Fox & Sons residential sales team in Yeovil. Key responsibilities

• Generate and book property valuations.
• Conduct property viewings for prospective buyers.
• Negotiate offers and agree on sales terms.
• Progress sales through exchange and completion.
• Schedule appointments and maximise branch activity.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience, preferably in property.
• Ability to generate new business in a target‑driven environment.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Resilient, organised, numerate and detail‑oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable using the internet and email systems.
