About the role

Our client, a well‑established estate agency in Gosforth, is looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their flagship regional office. The role involves guiding buyers and sellers through the residential property sales process, delivering a first‑class customer experience and meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage buyer enquiries and qualify applicants.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors.
• Progress sales through to completion.
• Build long‑term relationships with clients and generate repeat business.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while achieving individual and team sales targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator within residential estate agency.
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
• Professional and personable approach.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Genuine passion for the property industry.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.

• Competitive pro‑rata earnings of £35,000+ per annum (range £30,000‑£38,000).
• Full‑time role with weekend and weekday hours (Monday‑Friday 9:00‑17:30, Saturday 9:00‑16:00, Sunday 10:00‑15:00).
