Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator to join a well‑established independent agency in Uckfield. The role is 360° – you will manage the full sales cycle from valuation to completion, helping buyers and sellers achieve their property goals.

Key responsibilities

• Generate property valuations and advise on price reductions.
• Match buyers with sellers, including “virtual” sellers who may not be on the market yet.
• Drive the entire sales process, from initial contact through to contract exchange.
• Use telephone as the primary sales tool and maintain a strong pipeline.
• Attend viewings and negotiate offers to secure successful transactions.
• Maintain and grow the agency’s market share through proactive listings.

Required profile

• Solid all‑rounder with a passion for selling and sales progression.
• In‑depth knowledge of the local property market and applicant base.
• Self‑motivated deal maker with a strong telephone presence.
• Own a reliable car for local travel.
