Estate Agent Trainee Sales Negotiator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Estate Agent Trainee Sales Negotiator to join our high‑volume operation in Upminster. Whether you are an existing estate agent or a sales‑driven trainee, you will build a pipeline of property sales, source new business over the phone and close deals.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and source business through telephone prospecting.
• Book Property Market Appraisals (PMAs) and secure valuations.
• Attend property viewings and negotiate sales agreements.
• Maintain a personal sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets.
• Cross‑sell opportunities and develop relationships with both buyers and virtual sellers.

Required profile

• Strong sales background (e.g., car sales, mobile phone sales, membership sales).
• Own a car and be willing to travel for business.
• Excellent telephone communication and negotiation skills.
• Ambitious, results‑oriented and able to work independently.

What we offer

• 6‑month guaranteed salary of £28,000‑£30,000 (pro‑rated).
• After 6 months: basic salary £16,000 plus commission.
• On‑target earnings of £30,000‑£35,000 in year 1, rising in year 2.
• Commission: 5% personal sales + 2.5% for booking a PMA.
• Mileage allowance for business miles.
