Estate Manager – Mixed‑Use Business Park

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Estate Manager to oversee a prominent mixed‑use business park near Stockton‑on‑Tees. You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operation of commercial offices, retail units and industrial warehouses, working closely with a Facilities Coordinator.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and control multiple service‑charge budgets, ensuring financial accuracy.
• Maintain health and safety compliance across the site, overseeing H&S systems.
• Procure and monitor facilities‑management service partners and contractors to uphold high service standards.
• Drive operational excellence and continuously improve the occupier experience.
• Liaise with tenants, providing a high level of customer service.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large commercial or mixed‑use assets.
• Strong background in service‑charge budgeting and financial control.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Relevant health‑and‑safety certification (IOSH or NEBOSH) is advantageous.
