Estate Officer

About the role

Fairhive Homes is seeking a practical, proactive Estate Officer to help create safe, clean and welcoming neighbourhoods. You will be the visible presence across our estates, delivering high‑quality estate monitoring and supporting residents in their daily lives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a flexible, responsive estate monitoring service for housing estates and communal areas.
• Maintain an on‑site presence at the Brackley scheme three days per week, ensuring communal areas are clean, safe and well‑maintained.
• Carry out communal cleaning duties and manage bin stores and waste disposal arrangements.
• Identify required communal repairs, recommend cost‑effective solutions and follow up on actions.
• Act as the first point of contact for resident enquiries and support health & safety in flatted blocks.
• Conduct monthly health and safety inspections of communal areas and report any hazards.
• Monitor cleaning and grounds‑maintenance contractors to uphold estate standards.
