Estimator – Hard Landscaping (Hybrid, West London)

About the role

This position combines office‑based estimating with hands‑on project management for high‑end hard landscaping schemes across West London. You will work from the Chiswick office with hybrid flexibility, delivering bespoke private garden projects from initial quotation through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and cost plans for hard‑landscaping projects ranging from £40k to £250k.
• Manage projects from pre‑construction through to handover, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Order materials, coordinate suppliers and subcontractors, and oversee procurement.
• Attend client, designer and site meetings, maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Control project programmes, costs and quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hard‑landscaping projects.
• Previous role as Estimator, Project Manager or Site Foreman.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and produce accurate estimates.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
