About the role

We are seeking a motivated Estimator to join our team in Henfield. The role combines technical costing, sales support and project hand‑over responsibilities, offering a clear path for progression within a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Produce accurate and timely proposals, ensuring all relevant documentation is attached.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and existing estimator teams.
• Maintain complete and correct CRM records for every quotation.
• Process new equipment sales orders in the CRM, conduct credit checks with Finance and track payment status.
• Hand over projects to the Commercial Design Team, highlighting special requirements, programme details and payment information.
• Provide technical support and additional product information to customers.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and highly organised.
• Excellent numerical ability and a good technical understanding.
• Interest in a diverse product range and willingness to develop technical expertise.
• Previous experience in pricing, estimations or sales support involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working with property developers, architects, designers, builders or quantity surveyors is desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP or a similar ERP system.
• Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings.
• Experience using CRM platforms for quotation and order processing.
