Estimator

About the role

The Estimator is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate repair estimates, coordinating repair needs, and keeping customers and insurance companies informed throughout the repair process.

Key responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction efficiently with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate and timely information to guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements, processes, and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop‑offs, repair planning, communication, and delivery.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members and support team members as needed.
• Participate in daily production walks and monthly health & safety meetings.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in automotive repair estimation.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to complete I‑CAR training.
• Basic computer skills and ability to locate answers quickly.

• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and original equipment (OE) guidelines.
