Estimator / Senior Estimator – Industrial Fit‑Out Projects

About the role
We are recruiting for a national main contractor with a £40m turnover and 40‑year history in roofing and external works. Following a recent acquisition, the business is launching a new Cat A + B fit‑out offering and needs an Estimator / Senior Estimator to help shape this new unit.
Key responsibilities
- Produce analytical estimates for industrial and commercial fit‑out projects.
- Price projects typically valued between £500k and £2m.
- Support the development of the new Cat A + B fit‑out business unit from inception.
Required profile
- Minimum five years’ experience estimating industrial and commercial fit‑out projects.
- Proven ability to price projects in the £500k‑£2m range.
- Good knowledge of Cat A and Cat B office fit‑outs and industrial refurbishments.
- Strong commercial awareness.
Required skills
What we offer
- Competitive salary of £75,000‑£85,000 per year.
- Fully financed company car or £7,000 car allowance.
