EU Marketing Manager

About the role

The EU Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing, brand and communication strategies for the consumer products division across Europe. This 12‑month maternity cover role is based in Berkshire and offers a hybrid working model, supporting business growth and brand awareness throughout the EU market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement EU‑wide marketing plans aligned with the company’s overall strategy.
• Analyse market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to shape initiatives.
• Collaborate with local marketing teams to adapt campaigns and content for cultural relevance.
• Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Create and maintain marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, newsletters, social media posts and website materials.
• Oversee the digital presence, including website, social media accounts and online advertising.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting results and recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing communication strategies within the business services industry.
• Strong project‑management abilities with capacity to coordinate multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders, preferably across regional markets.
