EUC & Network Engineer – Azure & Microsoft 365

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Infrastructure Engineer with a strong focus on End‑User Computing (EUC) and networking. You will play a key part in delivering complex technical projects, modernising our client’s environment and ensuring secure, reliable connectivity across cloud and on‑premise systems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and secure Azure and Microsoft 365 environments, including configuration policies, Entra ID identity, and compliance.
• Maintain and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and firewall infrastructure to guarantee continuous connectivity.
• Oversee device management and endpoint security using Intune, Defender, and related tools, handling patching and policy enforcement.
• Provide advanced 2nd/3rd line support, perform root‑cause analysis and automate routine tasks with PowerShell scripting.
• Act as a technical lead and subject‑matter expert for global infrastructure deployments, mentoring service‑desk teams.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented engineer with solid experience across the Microsoft stack.
• Strong networking background and ability to work in a fast‑changing environment where legacy systems are being replaced.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a willingness to lead technical initiatives.

Required skills

• Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows OS, Active Directory.
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, Cisco Meraki.
• Device management tools: Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender.
• Scripting/automation: PowerShell.
• Ticketing systems: Fresh Service.
• Relevant certifications: Azure Administrator, ITIL, Microsoft 365 security (preferred).
