About the role

Join Santander's Digital Services team in London as an EUT Operations Engineer Support. You will deliver reliable, customer‑focused end‑user technology support, helping colleagues work productively and securely while continuously improving technical capability and operational resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support for hardware, software, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Manage deployment, configuration, maintenance and lifecycle of end‑user devices to ensure performance, reliability and security.
• Log, prioritise and resolve incidents and service requests in line with agreed Service Level Agreements.
• Support user onboarding by configuring devices, offering guidance on IT systems and promoting effective technology use.
• Install, configure and support desktop computing solutions and associated end‑user technologies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of support activities, troubleshooting processes and technical solutions.
