Event Chef de Partie

About the role

Jubilee Hospitality is seeking an Event Chef de Partie to join its dynamic kitchen team in Bristol. You will work across a variety of high‑profile events, including conferences, corporate functions and match‑day catering, delivering fresh, high‑quality food in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items for diverse events, maintaining consistent quality and presentation.
• Manage a section of the kitchen, ensuring timely service during busy event periods.
• Coordinate with senior chefs and event managers to meet specific client requirements.
• Maintain hygiene standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with stock control, ordering and proper storage of ingredients.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a hospitality or catering setting.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing event demands.
• Strong organisational skills and a reliable, team‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and safety procedures.
