Event Project Manager

About the role

The role sits at the heart of a leading B2B events agency, delivering pharma congresses, conferences and advisory boards. The Event Project Manager will own end‑to‑end delivery of a growing portfolio of high‑impact events, working closely with the Project Director and client teams.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end delivery of pharma congresses, conferences, advisory boards and training events.
• Manage delegate registration and administration using Cvent.
• Research, negotiate and contract venues and suppliers.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines and schedules.
• Oversee all event logistics, communications and on‑site execution.
• Prepare budgets, financial reporting and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with pharma regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with internal teams and clients to align objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B event project management, preferably within the pharma sector.
• Strong organisational and analytical abilities with a calm, methodical approach.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects from inception to delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Willingness to work hybrid schedule (2 days on‑site, 3 days remote).
