Event Project Manager - Pharma

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Event Project Manager with a pharmaceutical focus to join a leading agency that creates memorable brand experiences worldwide. The role offers hybrid working, with office attendance in London or Hertfordshire 2‑3 times per month, and involves international travel to deliver high‑impact events.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple pharma projects simultaneously, from congresses to ad‑board meetings.
• Deliver end‑to‑end event execution, including venue sourcing, delegate management and on‑site team leadership.
• Liaise with clients, maintain strong relationships, and ensure project timelines are met.
• Negotiate and manage suppliers, oversee budgets and control costs.
• Participate in new business pitches and contribute to agency growth.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience delivering pharmaceutical events end‑to‑end, both on the client side and within an agency.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments and manage international travel.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
