Event Staff – One Day Wine Tasting (Bath)

About the role
We are seeking friendly, customer‑focused event staff to support a specialist wine‑tasting event in Bath on 30 June 2026. The role is a one‑day, on‑site position paying £13 per hour.
Key responsibilities
- Pour tasting measures of wine for guests at designated tables.
- Provide a welcoming service to approximately 120 attendees.
- Assist with general event flow, guest queries and basic set‑up.
- Help with clear‑down, loading equipment into a van and light manual handling after the event.
Required profile
- Polite, approachable and presentable.
- Comfortable working in a customer‑facing hospitality environment.
- Reliable, punctual and able to follow briefings.
- Capable of light to moderate manual handling.
Required skills
What we offer
- £13 per hour rate.
- Hospitality attire (black trousers/skirt and white or black shirt).
- Full briefing and on‑site support from the event manager and permanent team members.
