Event Technician (m/f/d) - Warehouse Operations

About the role

As an Event Technician in Warehouse Operations you will ensure that Riedel’s cutting‑edge event technology is stored, prepared, tested and delivered on time for world‑class productions. The role combines hands‑on warehouse work with technical preparation of audio, video and IT equipment for live events.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse processes including order picking, packaging, goods receipt, storage preparation and shipment coordination.
• Prepare, configure and support technical equipment, perform troubleshooting and create technical reports.
• Maintain accurate data in CRM and ERP systems, monitor bookings and support smooth operational workflows.
• Conduct inventory checks, support annual stocktaking and operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and conveyors.
• Collaborate with colleagues, customers and external partners on national and international projects.

Required profile

• Vocational training or equivalent experience in logistics, warehouse management, events or entertainment.
• Hands‑on, proactive mindset with strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to travel occasionally for on‑site event support, both nationally and internationally.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
