Events and Digital Marketing Executive – Reading

About the role

Join a fast‑growing global provider of networking devices as an Events and Digital Marketing Executive. You will own the end‑to‑end delivery of a busy B2B and B2C events programme, while driving the digital marketing content that supports each event.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute B2B and B2C events, webinars and training sessions from concept through on‑site delivery, post‑event reconciliation and performance analysis.
• Manage event budgets, control costs and reconcile invoices.
• Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, task lists and event plans to ensure seamless delivery.
• Source, negotiate and manage suppliers including venues, catering, production and logistics providers.
• Oversee creation of event content, work closely with the wider marketing team and coordinate speaker logistics.
• Promote events through digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media and website content.

Required profile

• Proven experience in events coordination or administration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfort presenting to audiences when required.
• Strong organisational skills and a desire to take ownership of events from start to finish.
