Events AV Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Events AV Warehouse Supervisor to lead the Audio and Vision departments in our busy warehouse. The role is hands‑on, ensuring equipment is prepared, maintained and delivered to the highest standards while supporting the wider Operations team.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operation of the Audio and Vision warehouse departments.
• Ensure AV equipment is prepared, maintained, and dispatched to meet project requirements.
• Coordinate with technical departments, project teams, suppliers and freelance crew.
• Support the Operations team in achieving departmental objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing an AV or warehouse environment.
• Organised, proactive and able to thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate a team.
