Events Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Events Coordinator to join a dynamic marketing team in Canterbury. You will play a key role in delivering high‑quality client events that strengthen relationships and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver a programme of client events, seminars, webinars and networking activities.
• Manage end‑to‑end event logistics, including venues, suppliers, invitations, registrations and on‑day delivery.
• Support lead‑generation events aligned with business development goals.
• Collaborate with partners, directors and internal teams to define event objectives and content.
• Liaise with external suppliers, venues and agencies, keeping all stakeholders informed.
• Promote events across email, social media and the website in partnership with the marketing team.
• Maintain event data in CRM systems, track registrations, attendance and engagement.
• Produce post‑event reports, analyse ROI and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating events, ideally within a B2B or professional services environment.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proactive, flexible and comfortable in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, confident working across all business levels.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail and a collaborative, hands‑on approach.
