About the role
The role involves planning, delivering and promoting B2B and B2C events, webinars and training programmes for a fast‑growing global technology and consumer electronics business. You will manage all aspects of event logistics, budgets and digital marketing content to drive audience engagement and business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate end‑to‑end delivery of B2B and B2C events, webinars and training programmes, from planning through post‑event evaluation.
- Manage event budgets, negotiate with suppliers, process invoices and ensure cost control.
- Develop project plans, timelines and logistics schedules to guarantee seamless execution.
- Source and manage venues, catering partners, production suppliers and other external vendors.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce high‑quality event content and materials.
- Support speaker briefing, scheduling and logistics coordination.
- Plan and execute event marketing campaigns to maximise registrations, attendance and engagement.
- Oversee event‑related communications, maintaining brand consistency across all channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with organisers, sponsors and key stakeholders.
- Review contracts and manage commercial risks associated with venues and suppliers.
- Coordinate on‑site requirements such as merchandise, refreshments and promotional activities.
- Maintain website and digital communications to keep event information accurate and up‑to‑date.
- Support CRM and digital marketing initiatives to extend event reach.
- Monitor market trends and audience insights, producing performance reports and recommendations.
Required profile
- Proven experience in event organisation and marketing execution support.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Solid financial acumen with experience managing budgets and cost control.
- Confident front‑of‑house presence.
- Proactive, resourceful and adaptable with a positive, can‑do attitude.
