Events & Marketing Manager – Premium Brand

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Events & Marketing Manager to lead the marketing, events and partnership activities for a prestigious premium motorcycle helmet brand. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Creative Lead, you will own the brand’s go‑to‑market strategy and ensure its luxury positioning remains strong.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the annual marketing calendar and go‑to‑market plan, aligning product launches, campaigns, events and channel activity.
• Define, execute and report on integrated marketing campaigns and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Protect and develop the brand’s luxury tone of voice, visual identity and overall positioning.
• Develop and deliver the events and partnerships strategy, including planning the annual events calendar, organising events and managing brand activations.
• Lead PR and press strategy, manage ambassador and talent relationships.
• Drive collaborations with partners inside and outside the motorcycle industry.
• Manage the Creative Lead, oversee content production and coordinate with the Digital Team.
• Organise lifestyle shoots, product content creation and trade‑show presence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in events and marketing management, preferably within a luxury or premium brand.
• Strong ability to work with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent project‑management and organisational skills.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated campaigns.
