Events & Project Manager – B2B Communications

About the role

Latte is looking for an Events & Project Manager to join its expanding creative team. You will lead the planning and delivery of roundtables, podcasts, content campaigns and major live events for leading UK entrepreneurs and organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of creative projects, from podcast production to briefing graphic designers and developing thought‑leadership reports.
• Serve as the primary client contact, setting expectations and ensuring high‑quality delivery.
• Guide junior team members to support seamless campaign and activation execution.
• Develop and execute event strategy, overseeing logistics, staging and supplier relationships for conferences, webinars, roundtables and VIP dinners.
• Source venues and key suppliers, building strong industry partnerships.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing B2B events or complex project pipelines.
• Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to manage expectations and deliver on brief.
• Leadership capability to mentor junior staff and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
