Events Sales Executive – Leeds

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Events Sales Executive to join a leading events and communications business in Leeds. This B2B role focuses on building relationships with corporate clients, encouraging them to enter awards and attend high‑profile conferences and ceremonies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships to increase event participation.
• Provide a consultative sales approach, explaining the benefits of award entries and event attendance.
• Sell tickets to events and conferences, meeting KPIs and commission targets.
• Keep the CRM up‑to‑date and ensure accurate sales administration.

Required profile

• Strong communication and professional presentation skills.
• Motivated, team‑oriented and driven to achieve targets.
• Customer‑focused experience in retail, hospitality, events or similar sectors.
• Confidence in a consultative sales environment; graduates are welcome.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system.
