Exam Access Arrangements Administrator

About the role
We are seeking an organised, compassionate Exam Access Arrangements Administrator to join the SEND team at Bournemouth & Poole College. In this permanent role you will ensure that students with additional learning needs receive the appropriate adjustments and support during examinations and assessments.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate, manage and track school evidence requests and maintain accurate student records.
- Review, organise and safeguard sensitive documentation, ensuring confidentiality.
- Support specialist assessors and curriculum teams in scheduling assessments and appointments.
- Track students throughout the assessment process across college systems.
- Respond to enquiries from students, staff and external stakeholders via email, phone, Teams and in‑person.
- Prepare statutory documentation, including JCQ paperwork, and generate reports for the SEND team.
- Maintain student files and provide administrative support to the wider SEND department.
Required profile
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Self‑motivated yet able to work collaboratively within a team.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (and the wider Microsoft Office suite).
What we offer
- Permanent contract, 37 hours per week.
- Salary of £24,520 per annum.
