About the role
We are looking for an Exam Steward to join our busy exam centre in Leeds City Centre. This is a flexible, part‑time temporary position ideal for students, semi‑retired individuals or anyone seeking casual work with regular hours.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome candidates as they arrive for their examinations.
- Escort candidates through the centre and guide them to the correct exam rooms.
- Ensure candidates are in the right room at the scheduled time.
- Maintain a calm and professional environment throughout the exam day.
Required profile
- Available to start in early September and work weekends.
- Can commit to 3‑5 days per week, with shifts between 8:15 am and 4:30 pm.
- Previous experience in customer‑facing roles such as retail or hospitality.
- Strong communication and time‑management abilities.
Required skills
- Customer service experience.
What we offer
- Hourly rate of £14.20.
