Examinations Assistant / Deputy Examinations Officer

About the role
The Newcastle and Stafford Colleges Group is seeking an enthusiastic individual to support the administration of college examinations. The role can be taken as an Examinations Assistant or, depending on experience and qualifications, as a Deputy Examinations Officer.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of examination administration, including file preparation and distribution to awarding bodies.
- Develop proficiency with the College Exams System (ProSolution) to produce and process exam files.
- Communicate with examination boards, staff, candidates and invigilators.
- Organise detailed exam arrangements such as invigilation, room allocations, timetables, access provisions and clash resolution.
Required profile
- Strong organisational and communication abilities.
- Experience in an administrative or support role within an educational setting is desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
