Exams Coordinator

About the role

The Federation of Royal Colleges of Physicians is seeking an Exams Coordinator to support the delivery of MRCP(UK) examinations, including International and UK PACES exams. This full‑time hybrid role combines administrative coordination, data processing and stakeholder liaison to ensure smooth exam operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead coordination of International PACES exams and manage the full examinations cycle.
• Coordinate scanning, results processing and the scheduling of all international exams, liaising with Federation leads and suppliers.
• Maintain and regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Track, monitor and report exam‑related income, oversee monthly reconciliation and assist with annual budgeting.
• Prepare management information reports for internal and external meetings.
• Process reasonable adjustment requests for International and UK PACES exams.
• Lead project work to develop business systems and processes.
• Support examination managers in risk identification and mitigation.
• Deputise for Exams Managers as required and handle packing/shipping of exam materials.

Required profile

• Experience in coordinating examinations or similar administrative functions.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to follow SOPs and timelines.
• Comfort with data handling, budgeting and reporting.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external suppliers.

What we offer

• Hybrid working arrangement (minimum six days per month in the London office).
• Full‑time contract (35 hours per week) with standard hours 9 am–5 pm.
• Salary of £30,962 per year.
