About the role
We are seeking a highly organised Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support our CEO and senior leadership team while ensuring the smooth operation of our Manchester office. This hybrid role blends high‑level executive support with day‑to‑day office management, offering a visible position at the heart of the business.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s diary, priorities, meeting preparation and follow‑up actions.
- Organise meetings for the wider leadership team, prepare agendas, take minutes and track actions.
- Draft, proofread and produce communications, reports, presentations and other documents.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Manchester and Chester offices, including facilities, suppliers, equipment and purchasing.
- Maintain office policies, health and safety compliance and act as the first point of contact for staff queries.
- Coordinate industry events, manage logistics and liaise with suppliers and attendees.
- Support marketing activities such as social media scheduling and website updates.
- Plan staff events, socials and initiatives that foster collaboration and engagement.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager or similar supporting senior leaders.
- Excellent organisational, diary‑management and prioritisation abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence preparing professional documents.
- High levels of discretion, sound judgement and the ability to work independently with senior stakeholders.
- Proactive, solutions‑focused attitude with a willingness to take ownership of tasks.
- Experience in office operations, facilities management, supplier coordination or general administration.
