Executive Engagement Coordinator

About the role

The Executive Engagement Coordinator will be the host of AVEVA’s Customer Experience Center and will drive executive briefings and events that strengthen relationships with key industrial customers. This office‑based role works closely with sales, marketing and customer success teams to deliver a seamless, high‑impact experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships to enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with regional sales and marketing to identify and act on engagement opportunities.
• Create agendas and coordinate visits for sales teams and customers at the Customer Experience Center.
• Plan and execute Tier 1 executive events, including outreach, logistics and on‑site support.
• Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the Customer Experience Center, ensuring all facilities are fully functional.
• Oversee the executive briefing process, preparing briefing documents and briefing executives.
• Track engagement data in Salesforce, SharePoint and event‑management tools, and generate regular activity reports.
• Align executive messaging with sales objectives, building strong relationships with regional sales leaders and marketing.

Required profile

• Proficiency with project‑management tools and Salesforce.
• Strong project‑management skills, able to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders from senior executives to front‑line sales teams.
• Comfortable interacting with customers face‑to‑face and delivering a customer‑first experience.
• Understanding of the sales process and how executive engagements add value.
