Executive Liability Adjuster / Director

About the role

Our client is looking for an Executive Liability Adjuster / Director to manage a portfolio of major and complex employer, public and product liability claims across Greater London and the South East. The role involves leading the Liability Adjusting Team for the South / South East region and acting as the nominated adjuster for key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a diverse portfolio of high‑value employer, public and product liability claims without financial restriction.
• Lead and develop the Liability Adjusting Team covering the South and South East.
• Serve as the nominated Liability Adjuster for strategic client accounts.
• Oversee claim investigations, negotiations and settlements to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and professional standards.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in liability adjusting within the insurance or financial services sector.
• Proven ability to manage complex, high‑value claims.
• Leadership experience managing a team of adjusters.
• Professional qualifications such as ACII or ACILA are desirable but not mandatory.
