Executive MBA Programme Manager

About the role

The Executive MBA Programme Manager will be the central point of contact for senior executives enrolled in Oxford Saïd's world‑leading EMBA programme. You will ensure a seamless, high‑quality experience from onboarding through to graduation, supporting both on‑campus and international modules.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver all programme activities across the two‑year cycle, including international modules and end‑of‑course ceremonies.
• Manage cohort logistics, onboarding, and ongoing student support, acting as the trusted liaison for students, faculty and senior staff.
• Lead project and event management tasks, from dinner receptions to large‑scale celebrations.
• Engage with internal partners such as Admissions, Careers, Faculty Services, Alumni Relations and Business Development to ensure integrated service delivery.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement of the student experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in programme or project management within higher education or executive education.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder‑engagement skills, with the ability to work with senior leaders from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, international environment.
