Executive Personal Assistant to CEO

About the role

We are looking for an Executive Personal Assistant to support the CEO of LIVINGWAY, a fast‑growing Build‑to‑Rent owner‑operator. Based in Manchester, you will act as the CEO’s right‑hand, ensuring his time is protected and priorities are executed across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and strategically prioritise the CEO’s diary, protecting his time for high‑impact activities.
• Coordinate meetings, travel, events and speaking engagements, ensuring seamless logistics.
• Draft, review and respond to emails and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
• Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
• Facilitate communication flow across the organisation, removing operational noise and driving accountability.
• Prepare briefing materials, agendas and meeting notes to keep the CEO fully informed.
