Exocad Designer – Digital Dental Lab (Warrington)

About the role

We are looking for an Exocad Dental CAD/CAM Designer to join our fully digital dental laboratory in Birchwood, near Manchester. The role involves creating full‑arch All‑On‑4 restorations and collaborating closely with dentists and internal team members.

Key responsibilities

• Design full‑arch All‑On‑4 restorations using Exocad software.
• Collaborate with dentists and laboratory staff to ensure accurate outcomes.
• Produce approximately 140‑200 jaw designs each month in a completely digital workflow without physical models or plaster.
• Maintain high standards of detail and quality throughout the design process.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with Exocad.
• At least 3 years working in a dental laboratory environment.
• GDC registration preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving ability and effective communication.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.

What we offer

• Starting salary of £42,000, rising to £60,000 with experience and leadership responsibilities.
