About the role
The Avenue is seeking a skilled barber to become part of its thriving, high‑end barbershop in Tunbridge Wells. This full‑time role offers the chance to build lasting client relationships while honing advanced grooming techniques.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver modern men’s haircuts and styling with precision using clippers and scissors.
- Maintain a clean, professional work environment and adhere to shop standards.
- Develop strong client rapport and contribute to repeat business.
- Participate in ongoing training, including hair system specialization.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of barbering experience.
- Confident in all aspects of contemporary men’s grooming.
- Professional, punctual, and well‑presented.
- Team‑oriented with a positive attitude.
