Experienced Conveyancer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join a modern, social law firm in Ashford. The role offers long‑term progression within a supportive, team‑focused environment and a varied residential property caseload.

Key responsibilities

• Manage freehold and leasehold conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.
• Handle residential sales and purchases, preparing and reviewing legal documents.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents and third parties to ensure smooth progress.
• Collaborate closely with a friendly, collaborative team.

Required profile

• Minimum five years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
• Strong knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Excellent communication and client‑care abilities.
• Friendly, sociable and team‑oriented personality.
• Proactive attitude with a long‑term career mindset.
