Experienced Conveyancer – Senior Role in Bury

About the role

We are seeking an experienced residential conveyancer to join a modern, forward‑thinking practice that values traditional high‑street service. This senior position will support the firm’s growth as a key fee earner and offers rapid progression for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and leasehold matters from instruction to completion.
• Provide guidance and oversight to junior conveyancers and paralegals.
• Coordinate the workload of administrators and secretaries to ensure efficient case handling.
• Potentially take on senior management responsibilities as the practice expands.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a residential conveyancer.
• Preferably qualified as a Residential Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
• Ambition to take on greater responsibility and contribute to firm growth.
• Some management or supervisory experience is advantageous.
