Experienced Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join a leading independent agency in Stroud. You will work with a supportive team to guide buyers and sellers through the entire sales process while delivering a high‑standard customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate property sales to meet or exceed agreed targets.
• Conduct property appraisals and create compelling marketing material.
• Manage buyer and seller relationships from instruction to completion.
• Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisers, surveyors and other parties involved in transactions.
• Generate mortgage referrals and promote additional agency services.
• Maintain accurate records using the company’s CRM system.
• Ensure compliance with current legislation and internal procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential sales within an estate agency.
• Track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent knowledge of Stroud and surrounding areas.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Professional, reliable and self‑motivated attitude.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for record keeping and client management.
