Experienced Gas Safe Heating & Plumbing Engineer

About the role

This permanent, full‑time position involves a varied domestic heating and plumbing workload covering servicing, maintenance, fault finding, repairs and installations. You will operate mainly across South Kent and the wider Kent area, with occasional assignments in London, managing your own schedule and delivering a professional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Service and repair domestic gas boilers and unvented hot‑water cylinders
• Diagnose heating system faults and perform underfloor heating maintenance
• Service and repair air‑source heat pump systems
• Detect leaks and carry out reactive plumbing repairs
• Perform general domestic plumbing maintenance and installations, including first and second fix work
• Install gas boilers, heating systems, underfloor heating, heat pumps and bathroom plumbing
• Use the online job management system to organise workload, record notes, upload photos and update job status

Required profile

• Gas Safe registered and experienced in domestic heating and plumbing
• Reliable, motivated and able to work independently
• Proud of workmanship and respectful of customers’ homes
• Clear communicator with strong customer‑service focus
