About the role
We are seeking an experienced Joiner to support an 8‑week refurbishment project in Durham. The role involves both first‑fix and second‑fix joinery work, delivering high‑quality finishes while maintaining a safe site environment.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out first‑fix and second‑fix joinery tasks.
- Fit doors, skirtings, architraves and ironmongery.
- Assist with general timber framing and snagging duties.
- Work efficiently to ensure high‑quality finishes and safety compliance.
Required profile
- Valid CSCS card (Blue/Gold preferred).
- Own tools and full PPE (boots, hi‑vis, hard hat).
- Proven experience as a Joiner on construction or refurbishment projects.
- Reliable, punctual and hard‑working.

What we offer
- £23.00 per hour (umbrella rate).
