Experienced Plasterer – Full‑time On‑site Role

About the role

The company is seeking a skilled Plasterer to join its on‑site team in Swansea. This full‑time position involves preparing surfaces, mixing and applying plaster, and delivering high‑quality finishes on residential and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and clean surfaces before plaster application.
• Mix plaster and related materials to the required consistency.
• Apply plaster to walls, ceilings and exterior areas, achieving smooth or textured finishes as specified.
• Repair damaged surfaces and install/finish stucco.
• Work on ceiling systems, including repair, finishing and installation.
• Read plans or work instructions and collaborate with other trades on‑site.
• Maintain tools and equipment and keep work areas tidy.
• Follow health and safety regulations, site rules and use personal protective equipment.

Required profile

• Proven plastering and stucco application skills on a variety of surfaces.
• Experience with ceiling repair, finishing and installation.
• Valid CSCS card or equivalent construction safety credentials.
• Relevant experience in residential or commercial construction.
• Ability to read basic plans, measure accurately and meet specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe working practices.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift materials, stand for long periods and work at height.
• Previous plasterer experience or trade qualification preferred; apprenticeship or vocational training is a plus.
